2018 I migrated by a customer exchange 2016 to Office 365 (built a Hybrid and than migrated the inboxes)
today, I tried to activate active backup for office 365. It is working, yes. BUT:
50% of the Inboxes were NOT backuped. it fails because:
"no mail data are available for backup since the mail service has not been enabled or logged in"
I assume, that these all are inboxes, that were migrated/moved from onpremise server.
All the inboxes, that were directly created in office 365, dont have this problem.
I tried to find any solution, but stuck at the moment.
