Synology Dnsmasq? Routing of domain name to internal IP?

Hello

I am using an R7000 with tomato.
There I can set a routing that when I enter a given domain name (eg. mydomain.com), that this is routing to a given internal IP instead of going outside to the internet.

Is this possible with the synology router?

Problem is that my domain is working from the outside but not on my internal network without this setting.
