FTP mit SSL Implizit via Port 990

Hallo,

in den Beiträgen wird viel und gutes über SFTP und FTPES gesprochen.

Ich würde gerne wissen, wie man eine abgesicherte Verbindung mit SSL Implizit via Port 990 (FTPS) auf die DS herstellt.

Reicht es an einer Modifikation oder muss ein anderer FTP-Server installiert werden?

FTPS geht meines Wissens nach nicht mit dem standard FTP-Server. Kann schon sein, dass man über IPKG einen FTP-Server installieren kann, der das beherrscht.

Geht das nur mit IPKG, da gibt es doch so gut wie nichts oder lassen sich auch Tar.gz Pakete auf der DS installieren?

Kommt drauf an - die Pakete müssen halt prozessorspezifisch sein. Wenn Du eine DS mit x86 Prozessor hast, wirst Du möglicherweise auch andere Software finden. Ansonsten vielleicht auch selber kompilieren...

Aber über IPKG gibt es doch auch schon einiges. Ich würde es zuerst mal damit probieren.

Echt, wo...? ich habe für IPKG noch keine FTP-Server gefunden. Das würde jedemenge Arbeit ersparen.

Also, wenn google schon nichts findet, dann weiß ich nicht wo man noch suchen könnte.

Ich hab Synology zu der Beta version DSM 4.0 (die absofort getestet werden kann) ein Feedback gegeben, vielleicht nehmen sie mein Vorschlag an und verbessern noch den FTP-Server.

??? Götz hat Dir doch die IPKG-Liste angehangen. Da sind doch einige FTP-Server dabei:

2. openssh-sftp-server - 5.9p1-1 - sftp-server only from a FREE version of the SSH protocol suite of network connectivity tools.
3. proftpd - 1.3.3e-1 - Highly configurable FTP server with SSL-TLS
4. pure-ftpd - 1.0.32-1 - A free (BSD), secure, production-quality and standard-conformant FTP server.
5. stupid-ftpd - 1.5beta-1 - FTP server with ftp-daemon functionality and a command-line mode.
6. tnftp - 20100108-1 - tnftp (formerly lukemftp) is what many users affectionately call the enhanced ftp client in NetBSD.
