How to Logging Telnet sessions ( in & output ) on Diskstation?

Hi,

Does anybody nows how to Log Telnet sessions ( in & output ) on a Diskstation?

So basicaly if I or someone els is logging in with Telnet a background program captures the telnet session ans stores it as a log file.

Any a idea on how to do this?
