DSM 6.x und darunter Kann man einen SMART Test abbrechen?

Der aus Versehen angestossene erweiterte Test dauert nach Ansage 336min. ...
Kann man den irgendwie abbrechen? Im DSM UI, oder auf der Shell?

Gute Frage. Hast Du Dir die Prozessliste einmal per ps angesehen? Vielleicht fällt dabei ja etwas auf und Du kannst es mit

kill <PID>

probieren.

Finde auch nichts. Reboot könnte ein Workaround sein. Oder den Test durchlaufen lassen, tut ja einmal eigentlich auch nicht weh, oder?

Weil Time Backup lief? Du könntest den Test auch lassen oder seltener laufen lassen. Die SMART-Werte werden vom Plattencontroller kontinuierlich aktualisiert. Gibt es Fehler, meldet sich das DSM, auch wenn Du keinen SMART-Test hast laufen lassen.
