Moin,
----
Hi ,
Thank you for your inquiry.
According to our developers, they've noticed that you have installed some optware and/or 3rd party software.
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/md0 2451064 454996 1893668 19% /
/tmp 124628 776 123852 1% /tmp
/dev/md2 956786420 693280600 263403420 72% /volume1
/dev/md3 956786420 381902704 574781316 40% /volume2

/dev/sdq1 1922858256 1154193728 768562128 60% /volumeUSB1/usbshare
As these haven't been tested and supported by DSM, we couldn't guarantee compatibility and proper functioning of DSM. 3rd party software / optware has been known to cause strange behavior on DSM.
If you install 3rd-party software like ipkg, we will suggest that you make a reset by the below method to get a fresh system (follow the firmware reinstall method) and please carefully read the disclaimer:
http://forum.synology.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_Reset_the_Synology_System [7]
If problem still persist after installing the clean DSM system, please feel free to contact Synology support again.
----
hope..
