Nummer Serie RS214 - HDD LEDs blinken orange auf, NW und Power flackern

Hallo,

habe bei meiner RS214 heute ein seltsames Verhalten bemerkt.
HDD LEDs blinken orange auf, NW und Power flackern

Habe daraufhin das Gerät mal für ein paar Stunden vom Strom getrennt, musste weg...

Im Protokoll-Center steht folgendes:

Scheint so als ob das NAS immer rebooted. Hängt es an einer USV? Andere Steckdose kann man sonst mal testen. Gibts noch mehr Hinweise im Log?
Ist es seit der Trennung vom Netz nun besser/weg?

Genau, die RS214 startet immer wieder neu.
Das Protokoll hatte ich ja kopiert, mehr stand da nicht.
Auch nach der Trennung vom Strom gab es diese Neustarts, sieh Protokoll.
An einer USV hängt diese RS nicht, da hier keine wichtigen Sachen drauf liegen.
Die anderen RS uns DS, die noch an dem Schrank / Verteiler hängen laufen ohne Zwischenfälle.
Habe aber das Gerät trotzdem mal aus dem Schrank ausgebaut und ins Büro verbracht, Fehler bleibt bestehen.
Auch nach einem Reset und der Gegenprobe mit einer anderen Platte.....

Sieht also ganz nach einem Defekt an der RS214 aus....
Tippe mal auf ein defektes Netzteil, bei dem die Spannung zusammenbricht und dann wieder hoch kommt...
...man hat ja sonst nix zu tun.......

Sollte es doch ein Problem mit der Software sein, hilft das Systemprotokoll, welches man über SSH erhält mit "cat /var/log/messages" (bzw. statt "cat" wahlweise auch "more").

Danke für den Hinweis.
Die Kiste ist jetzt beim Händler, mal sehen wie lange es dauert....
Habe hier noch keine Erfahrung mit Synology, ist meine erste defekte.
So konnte ich aber mal einen Migrations- und Erweiterungsvorgang auf einer neuen / anderen DS testen / durchführen.
...muss versuchen der Sache auch etwas Gutes abzugewinnen...

Hallo,

hat sich erledigt, heute habe ich einen Anruf vom Händler bekommen.
Das Gerät sei nicht mehr reparabel und ich erhalte eine Gutschrift des Kaufpreises.

...hätte nicht erwartet, dass der Austausch des Netzteiles nicht durchzuführen ist....

Da es hier ja eine eigenständige Platine ist, aber...

...auch ok, hätte nur schneller gehen können.
