Rsync von DS auf Windows Server 2008 R2

Hallo Leute,

mein erster Post hier im Forum. Ich hoffe ich konnte alle wichtigen Informationen zusammenstellen.

Wir haben hier zuhause folgendes Scenario.
DS410J mit 4 mal 2 TB HDD's,
2 Mac's mit zusammen 2 TB
1 Windows Server 2008 R2 mit Rsync Dienst. Installiert nach dieser Anleitung:

In dem Server sollen die ganzen "Alten Platten" als Backup Ziel dienen, im Server weil 8 Festplatten mit externen Gehäusen das macht keinen Spass auf dem Schreibtisch.

Rsync Sicherung vom Mac aus läuft sehr gut und auch sehr performant!

Nun das Problem, mit dem Normalen Backup Tool von Synology bekomme ich kein Backup zustande auf den W2K8 Server. Ich kann in den Einstellungen alles auswählen, er fängt auch an zu sichern, überrägt aber nur 6 KB und zwar:
die Datei : synobkpinfo
und das @app Verzeichnis mit der Diskstation_Datum.dss Datei.
Dann kommt die Fehlermeldung von der DS: "Vorgang fehlgeschlafen. Bitte melden Sie sich erneut im DSM an und versuchen sie es erneut."
Ob die das auch meldet wenn in China nen Sack Reiss umgefallen ist? Man weiss es nicht.
In /var/log/messages steht dieses:

Auf dem Server bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung:

In der rsyncd.conf ist dies definiert:
use chroot = false
strict modes = false
hosts allow = *
log file = c:\log\rsyncd.log
[BackupArea]
path = D:\Backup
read only = no

Hat jemand nen Tip wie ich von der DS auf den Windows Server sichern kann?
Oder nen Tip ob es eine Linux Distribution gibt die kompatible ist.
Oder aber wie man die Konfigurationssicherung ausschalten kann. Denn die hab ich in Verdacht.

Ich bin so vorgegangen:

1. cycwin mit dem rsync Modul installiert
2. C:\Program Files (x86)\cygwin\etc\rsyncd.conf erstellt

use chroot = false
strict modes = false
hosts allow = *
log file = /cygdrive/C/Program Files (x86)/cygwin/var/log/rsyncd.log

[Backup]
path = /cygdrive/D/Backup/
read only = no
list = yes

3. Programm Srvstart heruntergeladen und nach C:\Program Files (x86)\Srvstart\ entpackt
4. Im Verzeichnis C:\Program Files (x86)\Srvstart\ die Datei srvstart.ini angelegt

5. Windows Service Commander installiert
6. im Windows Service Commander über Tools -> Install new Service den rsync Service hinzugefügt
Enter the Path to the service executable: C:\Program Files (x86)\Srvstart\srvstart.exe svc rsync -c "C:\Program Files (x86)\Srvstart\srvstart.ini" -d
Startup: Automatic

Danach sollte der rsync Server laufen..
