Via SSH does the following command return 159 or 160? cat /var/lib/smartmontools/synodrivedb.version && echo 159 is the corrupt version. 160 is the new version from 2 hours ago.

Your issue was caused by Synology releasing a badly formatted smartmontools synodrive.db update. They have fixed it now so you need to go to "Storage Manager > HDD/SSD > Settings > Advanced" then scroll down to Drive Database and click on the Update Now button.

I found what was badly formatted in the synodrive.db file and one of the people on reddit reported it to Synology support who released a fixed version of the smartmontools synodrive.db file already.
