G-Suite Active Backup for Business Fehlermeldung Agent zu alt.

Ein gesundes neues Jahr euch allen.
Habe eine 220+ mit aktueller DSM und ABB. auf den zu sichernden PC`s ist auch alles aktuell.
Zwei Rechner werden gesichert. Das funktioniert auch.
Nun wollte ich einen dritten Rechner sichern, und bekomme die Fehlermeldung das der Agent zu alt ist. Ist er aber nicht.
Der Rechner meldet sich an dem NAS an, Laut Log. nur bekomme ich auf dem zu sichernden PC diese Meldung.

Vergleiche bitte die installierten Versionsnummern der installierten ABB-Agents.

Hast du den Agenten von der Synology-Homepage geladen oder direkt aus ABB vom NAS? Ich empfehle Letzteres, denn dann passt die Version automatisch zu der genutzten ABB-Version auf dem NAS.

Prüfe auch mal diese Option:

Es gibt auch eine Beta-Version von ABB, die sehr zuverlässig läuft und diese könntest du auch mal testen - falls du die anderen Probleme so nicht in den Griff bekommst.

Diese Meldung bestärkt mich in der Annahme, dass du einen veralteten Agent auf dem neu hinzugefügten PC nutzt. Die Meldung kam bei mir jetzt im Testsystem.

Bei mir schaut es im nicht funktionierendem Zustand so aus:

Die Agent Versionen sind alle gleich, und vom NAS aus runter geladen.
Aber vielleicht sollte ich doch mal auf die Betaversion wechseln.
Wenn ich den Agenten vom dem Rechner der nicht geht deinstalliere, wird der dann vollständig entfernt?

So sehen beide Rechner aus die gehen.

Ja, wird er. Ich meine zwischen Deinstallieren und Neuinstallieren muss ein Neustart des Rechners erfolgen.

Dan überprüfe bitte die Verbindungs- und Zugangsdaten. Siehst du den neuen Client auf dem NAS in ABB?

Welche Betriebssysteme mit genauem Build werden gesichert?

Schau mal beim ABB-Client ob du nicht einfach nur das abgelaufene oder nicht vorhandene Zertifikat bestätigen sollst.

Es werden Win10 Pro komplett gesichert, alle drei Rechner.
der eine taucht hier im Menü nicht auf.

obwohl er verbunden ist. Die anmelde Daten stimmen. Das habe ich mehrfach kontrolliert.
Im Log sehe ich die Verbindung.

Benutzer und Benutzergruppe passt auch.
Habe eben nochmals den Agent deinstalliert und neu vom NAS installiert in der neusten Version.
Leider ohne Erfolg.
