Hallo Leute,

ich habe folgendes Problem auf meiner DS410. Ich betreibe das NAS mit 2 2TB Platten (mit RAID 1). Gestern hat meine Partnerin bemerkt, dass Sie den Squeezebox-Server nicht mehr erreicht. Heute morgen hab ich nachgesehen:

1. Die von mir installierten Pakete wie SBS sind nicht mehr da.
2. Im Speichermanagement sehe ich meine beiden Platten im Status "Initialisiert", jedoch findet er kein Volume?
3. Die gemeinsamen Ordner vom Medienserver sind nicht mehr da.

Was kann ich tun, damit ich meine Daten wieder herstellen/lesen kann?

Kannst Du aus den Protokollen irgendwas erkennen? Die Protokolle sind in den Systeminformationen im Disk Station Manager zu finden.

Ich vermute volume1 ist abgestürzt und der mount wurde entfernt. Hast du in letzter Zeit verdächtig lange Bootvorgänge gehabt? Weisst du wie man auf die Konsole kommt? Wenn ja, meld dich mal als User root mit dem PW des admins via telnet oder ssh auf der DS an und schicke folgendes Kommando ab

hi, also als ich heute morgen mein nas gestartet habe, waren auf einmal alle volumes wieder da. in den logs habe ich nichts auffälliges gefunden?!

kann jemand einen Blick ins Log werfen?

Liebe Leute

Ich hab dasselbe Problem (DS 107+; DSM 2.3). Es hat seit einigen Monaten gewissen Anzeichen gegeben, dass etwas faul ist, heute war der Totalabsturz da:
-> Alle Shares weg
-> Benutzer noch da
-> Platte angeblich OK (kurzer Smart-Test. Der lange ist am laufen, werde die Ergebnissen noch posten)
-> Shares angeblich "restored" das ist in den Logmeldungen jedenfalls so deklariert (im Web-interface wie auch im Log unten)

Kann jemand im untenstehenden LOG der letzten Tage Hinweise erkennen, wie ich das Teil flicken könnte? Da die Backups am Freitag fehlgeschlagen sind, verliere ich einen Tag Arbeit, wenn ich es neu aufsetzen muss, abgesehen davon braucht auch neu aufsetzen viel Zeit...

5.Mai: scheinbar alles normal;
6. Mai: nach hochfahren DS nicht im Netz, Neustart, dann scheinbar alles ok (Backup an jenem Tag ist aber gescheitert, Mail-Warnung hat es nicht gegeben)
9. Mai: kann als Admin auf DS zugreifen, werde aber mit "Volume 1 crashed" begrüsst. (oder so ähnlich; kanns grad nicht replzieren wegen dem Smart-Test)

Während dem Smart-Test kann man normal weiterarbeiten - der läuft im Hintergrund ab.

- Der Ressourcen-Monitor sagt: kein Volume
- Das Systemprotokoll sagt: Volume(1) was crashed
- Der Smarttest sagt:

Wie sehen denn die Smart-Werte aus?

Das mit dem Volume ist richtig so. Wenn es gecrashed ist, kann es nicht gemounted werden und ist somit nicht verfügbar.

Du solltest versuchen, dieses Problem an den Synology-Support zu melden - vielleicht können die das Volume noch wiederbeleben. Mir ist ehrlich gesagt nicht so ganz klar, wo das eigentliche Problem liegt.

Nachtrag: Wie wir schlussendlich herausgefunden haben, war die Harddisk kaputt. Der SMART-Test schlug also fehl, sagte, "alles ok", während im Hintergrund die HD bereits am kaputtgehen war. Dank Backup ist das meiste noch da, nur einige der Dateien von Mac-Usern sind irgendwie defekt...
