Forget my last post.

I can't belive it, why is your port 5002 assigned and through what?
I assume, that apache ignore the changes on restart, because 5002 are always assigned.

Is there something that I need to run now to revert any changes we did earlier by running the previous commands or there is no need to do anything?

only the two ipkg commands that you installed manually. You can remove they with

ipkg remove nmap netstat

but you can leave it as it is, don't worry about the two tools
