On the log we see that one HDD is defected? In addition we found that you are using WD20EADS-32S2B0, the S2 sub model is not being supported and is found some of them may have chance to be time out and kick out of the Raid.
Hence, please first obtain the TELNET for us to try mount the data back, but we are not sure if you can successfully backup if we successfully mount it back, as the S2 HDD may drop out again during the time.
We will need your permission to get into your system via telnet access and have a closer look at this problem for solving it. Please help to provide us with the information below so we can access your system.
