Hi guys,
First of all, I don't know german, so I am using translator for reading your replies on this topic.
I have a defective DS1515+, which stopped powering on. No LED, no fan, seemed completely dead.
Preventively, I did the following:
1. replaced battery
2. replaced ram
3. added 100ohm resistor
4. added brand new hdd, for testing
5. jumpstart the supply
With pin clip to jump star the power supply, the NAS worked completely fine, I could manage to connect to it and install the DSM OS.
Then, I tried to follow these steps in order to make it power on from its own power button:

According to photo 1.jpg(based on tritonix11's post), I did the following(actually I had to ask a friend that had the tools and the skills to do this):
1. Removed R9 and R12
2. checked Q2, it was fine
3. Wanted to replace R46 from 5K to 10k, but R46 was already 10k on my board. Strange!
4. Checked R17, it was 1K
5. Placed a 1.1K( I didn't have 1K resistor) between the board and Pin2 of Q33(photo 2.png). Could this be a problem?
Assembled everything and tried to test it. NAS still completely dead when pressing power button.
I tried to jumpstart the supply, but the power led keeps flashing and it never finishes booting, also I cannot see the NAS in the network.
Please help me out with some suggestions.
1. putting a 1.1k instead of 1k resistor on pin2 of Q33, is it a mistake that could cause my problems?
2. Do I need to replace other things?
Thank you in advance!
