DSM kann nicht normal starten....

Hallo,

ich habe eine Synology 212j mit 2 HDs
Gestern bekam ich die Fehlermeldung das mein System nun im degraded mode arbeitet.
Ich konnte noch auf das Datenvolume zugreifen, nicht jedoch auf das Basisvolumen.

Ich dann mal kurz mit der Büroklammer einen Reset gemacht (nur einmal kurz rein).
Dannach ging alles wieder. Ich musste nicht mal das System neu installieren.

Leider bekomme ich nun nach jedem Neustart die Fehlermeldung:
"DSM kann nicht mormal starten, da er ein Problem festgestellt hat.
Bitte kontaktieren den Synology Kundendienst....."

Die S.M.A.R.T. Werte der Platten sind ok.
Es schein auch soweit alles zu funktionieren.

Wo, bwz. mit welcher Logdatei kann ich denn herausfinden wo der Fehler liegt.

Die SMART-Information "Ok" ist wertlos. Bitte schaue Dir die einzelnen SMART-Werte im Detail an oder poste hier einen Screenshot aller Werte. Dann lässt sich klären, ob etwas mit der Platte ist. Die Logdatei ist /var/log/messages. Ansonsten würde ich an Deiner Stelle auf jeden Fall hier ein Ticket beim Support aufmachen, weil die auch nicht immer über Nacht reagieren.

Es fehlen bei den SMART-Werten noch ein paar Zeilen unten. Wenn die rechte Spalte dort nur 0-Werte enthält, sind beide Platten aus meiner Sicht ok. Wenn nicht, bitte nochmal die Werte nachreichen. In dem Logfile-Ausschnitt kann ich kein Problem erkennen.

Bitte bedenke auch, dass Studien zufolge nur etwa die Hälfte aller Plattenausfälle vorab per SMART auffallen. Nur weil die Werte Ok sind, muss das nicht bedeuten es passiert nichts. Auf jeden Fall ist das ein guter Zeitpunkt nach dem Backup zu schauen und evtl. das Delta zu sichern. Der Vollständigkeit halber: Es lässt sich nicht ausschließen, dass bei einem tatsächlichen Fehler der Platten bereits Dateien korrupt sind, deshalb besser das Delta sichern und alte Backups nicht überschreiben (Stichwort Generationen-Backup, setzt aber auch die notwendige Menge an Festplatten/Sicherungsmedien voraus).

Hatte bis jetzt eine 2TB und eine 1TB Platte deshalb auch kein Raid1.
Bisher nur SHR ohne Datenschutz.

Hab mir aber schon 2 WD 3TB RED bestellt.

Daraus mach ich dann ein Raid1 und ab und an dann auch noch ein Backup über USB.

Ich werde dann eh alles neu installieren und lediglich die Konfigurationsdaten wieder einspielen.
Scheint mir der sinnvollste Weg zu sein.
