HD Klonen nicht möglich wegen bad clusters ?!

Hallo Community, da dies anscheinend nicht in die Rubrik Datenrettung passt habe ich es hier gepostet.
Eigentlich möchte ich nur meine HD tauschen und Sie vorher klonen. Aber die bad clusters und das ext4 Format machen mir einen Strich durch die Rechnung.
Kann mir jemand sagen welches das richtige tool dafür ist ? Vielen Dank schon mal
Folgendens habe ich dem Synology Support geschickt:

My DS says please change HDD.

So I try with my Acronis True Image 2013 to clone, but gives out ERROR (because there´s no option skip bad sectors) I Try it with CLONEZILLA Bios Version, but abort at 85%

Than I try to repair the bad sectors. Chksdk is not possible because no Drive Letter in WIN7 is possible (ext4 Format !)

WD Lifedata found bad clusters (8 Problems) but cannot repair.

With HD Sentinel (free) i try:

the Random Seek test, that was O.K. The Overview says HD is 100% EXZELLENT in Power and condition

Disk test found 12 bad Clusters baut says "no action needed" If i try the disk test =test failed in cause of write element (?!).

My Main Problem is that i cannot repair the bad clusters. After solve that i think cloning will works fine.

Is this ext4 Problem ?

you know a tool for that?

Is there a Synology Funktion (disk analyse/disk repair) to solve the Problem?

Ist there a WIN7 Driver/tool/funktion to read the ext4 HD with chkdisk?

If nothing works! (i cant believe that) when i install the same DSM version at my new HDD use my data backup (time backup) and system-configuration backup. You can guarantee the all my configuration works well ? Or is cloning the old one the better way.

Also wir sind jetzt einen Schritt weiter.
Trotz der oben Beschriebenen Fehler beim Klonen, hat zu meiner Verwunderung doch fast alle kopiert.
Das DSM funktioniert auf der neuen HDD Einwandfrei und die Diskrepanz in der Datenmenge gleiche ich mit meinem Datenbackup aus.

Habe aber noch folgendes Problem:
Mit GParted Live hab ich meine geklonte 1TB Partition auf 2TB hochgezogen bekommen, auf 4 TB ging nicht da die Anzahl der Sektoren wohl für irgendjemanden zu hoch ist.
Somit habe ich noch eine 2 te Partition angelegt in der Hoffnung diese im DSM einrichten und Nutzen zu können.

Leider bekomme ich das nicht hin. Wenn ich im Speichermanager unter Volumes schaue ist das "erstellen" Ausgegraut. Alle Anweisung und Tutorial beziehen sich auf RAID Systeme, die helfen mir nicht weiter.
Da ich ein 1-bay NAS (DS112+) nutze benötige ich aber den Speicherplatz!
In den tech. Daten steht ja das bis zu 4TB verbaut werden können

Update:
Leider funktioniert DSM doch nicht ganz so.
Beim zugriff auf die Photo Station über den PC kommt die Meldung: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] FATAL: the database system is in recovery mode
und beim Zugriff über die App: Der Service ist momentan deaktiviert.
Beim zugriff auf die Audio Station über die App kommt zwar kein Fehler und die Anmeldung ist erfolgreich jedoch unter bibliothek keine einzige Datei zu sehen, nur unter den "Heruntergeladenen"

Was kann das mit der neuen HDD zu tun haben ??. Konten, Benutzer usw. sind alle wie vorher vorhanden.
Hat jemand eine Idee ?

Also nur falls jemand das klonen vorhat. Ich kann es definitiv NICHT empfehlen.
