May we know the following issue is happening in LAN or via Internet?
since the last update is the current DSM
Surveillance Station 5 is no longer as in the pre-
DSM preceding version. The live image takes a
until it appears and also previews the
included photographs can not play.
The Surveillance Station 5 is used with IE8.
Even video previews in the File Explorer are not
possible. VLC plugin is installed in FireFox.
Moreover, if possible, please help to provide us with the information below so we can access your system for troulbe-shooting:
