FYI: the DS3622xs+ cannot (actually) do SHR https://www.synology.com/de-de/products/DS3622xs+#specs (->Software)

By default it won't let you create a new SHR storage pool. Migrating drives with an existing SHR storage is okay.

And you can very easily enable allowing creation of SHR storage pools. https://github.com/007revad/Synology_SHR_switch
