Probleme beim Synchronisieren von Iphone/Android mit Z-push

Ich bekomme es nicht hin, mit dem IPhone oder Android den Kalender oder Kontkte zu syncronisieren. Nur E-Mails klappern per Exchange.

Was hast du denn für eine DSM Version? Hast du etwas an der zpush config geändert? Verwendest du die Version aus dem SPK?

Hi,

warum hast du denn die config.php angepasst? Da sind keine Änderungen notwendig. So wie du es jetzt konfiguriert hast wird als Abfrage IMAP verwendet. Als Backendprovider muss aber ICS => MAPI/Zarafa verwendet werden. Folgende Änderungen sollten es wieder zum laufen bringen:

Verwendest du die aktuelle Version des SPK (0.2.5)? Wenn nicht, bitte updaten.
Ansonsten würde ich das Konto mal vom Iphone wieder runterschmeißen und neu anlegen. Vermutlich kommt er jetzt durcheinander was den Zustand vorher mit IMAP anging.

Da nicht alles auf sofort funktionierte, habe ich natürlich was geändert.
Ich versuche es jetzt mal mit dem konto neu einrichten.
Ist ein neuinstallation möglich ohne seine Mails zu verlieren?? Oder muß ich nur mal das z-push mal neu draufwerfe damit alles änderungen weg sind und alles wieder so ist wie vorher??

Die Mails liegen in der MySQL Datenbank. Wenn du das SPK deinstallierst sind deine Einstellungen (server.cfg) zwar weg, aber die Mails noch vorhanden.
Wenn du nur das z-push auf Auslieferungszustand zurücksetzen willst, einfach das ganze Z-Push Verzeichnis löschen dann das Paket über das PAketzentrum stoppen und wieder starten. Ich prüfe bei jedem Start ob "alles schön/vorhanden" ist, sprich wenn nicht wird z-push wieder deployed.

Funktioniert denn sonst alles?
In der Debug.txt findet sich zum Teil auch viele was wichtig aussieht aber keinerlei praktische Relevanz hat, habe ich festgestellt.

Sieht so aus, ob alles klapt.
kleinen ersten Test gemacht und sieht gut aus.
Werde jetzt erstmal Frühstück machen und danach frisch gestärt mal ausgibig testen.
Jetzt muß ich nur noch tüffteln, wie ich alle meine Kontakte vom Phone auf den Server synce.

Schön es gibt ein Outlook Plugin für Zarafa, damit stellt sich Zarafa wie ein Exchange Server dar => volle Synchronisation aller Outlook Inhalte. Dieses Feature ist für 3 User kostenlos, sofer der Lizenzdienst läuft. Nun kommt der Haken: für die ARM Prozessoren gibt es noch keinen licensed (für x86 schon). Ich hoffe das sich an dieser Situation in den nächsten Wochen was ändert.
Was du aber machen kannst wäre Outlook per IMAP nutzen. oder mit Thundrbird und Lightning per iCal auch auf den Kalender zuzugreifen. Alternativ gäbe es auch noch das Webaccess.

Das mit der Lizenz habe ich schon gelesen.
Ich kam auf die Idee, das es vieleicht ein PlugIn gibt, das Outlook so wie die MobileGeräte auf Z-Push zugreift und man somit keine Lizenz braucht.
Ich teste schon den Z-Push ausgibig mit IPhone , Android und WindowsPhone 7.5, wenn Du möchtest, kann ich dir dann berichten.

Aso,
im englischen Zarafa QNAP Forum, hat jemand das mit nem Windows Mobile Emulator geschafft:

I've also an workaround for outlook in use (tested with windows mobile 6.5 emulator).
- download a windows mobile or windows phone emulator from microsofts download page and install it
- on emulator: Active Sync - connect to z-push as an exchange server --> now you have all data on the windows mobile emulator
- connect the emulator via Active Sync / Windows Mobile Device Center with Outlook --> now you can see all data in outlook

As long as the emulator is runing, all data flows directly to Zarafa and back. It's of course not he best way but it works ...

Alternativ *könnte* es auch hiermit noch gehen, ist aber Kostenpflichtig: http://ical.gutentag.ch/. Das Tool kann wohl caldav / carddav mit Outlook synchronisieren.

Hallo,

ich habe auf meiner DS111 aktuell auch das Zarafa Package mit Z-Push laufe. Leider läuft auch dieses noch nicht so ganz rund.

Wenn ich auf meinem Android Smartphone einen Exchange ActiveSync Acc anlegen will bekomme ich immer die Fehlermeldung:
"Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen. Prüfen Sie Benutzername / Kennwort"

Via WebAccess kann ich mich allerding mit den Daten anmelden. Dort kann ich dann Emails an benutzer@dyndns-domain.de empfangen aber leider nicht senden. Genauer gesagt ich kann schon senden ( es kommt kein Fehler o.ä. ) aber eben auch keine Email an.

Wenn ich das ganze als Exchange Acc in bspw. iCal einrichte nimmt er zwar den Acc geht dann aber in den offline Modus.

Hat jemand ne Idee woran das liegen könnte?

Ports für SMTP ( 25 ) und IMAPS ( 993 ) sind offen und erreichbar.

z-push bzw. Active Sync basiert auf http bzw. https. Du musst also am besten Port 443 (https) auch von aussen erreichbar machen. Im DSM solltest du bei den Webdiensten natürlich https aktivieren. Dann kannst du mal mit einem normalen Browser testen ob ActiveSync erreichbar ist: https://DEINEEXTERNEADRESSE/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync
Dann kommt eine Benutzername / Passwort Abfrage => das entspricht deinem Zarafa Account. Als nächstes kommt zwar eine Fehlermeldung, diese ist aber normal wenn man einfach per Browser darauf zugreift.

danke für die schnelle Antwort! Von aussen komme ich mit dem "Link" drauf und werde auch nach Benutzername und Passwort gefragt, allerdings am laufenden Band. Wenn ich dann auf abbrechen klick kommt die besagte Fehlerpage mit "Access denied". Also daran sollte es nicht liegen.

Ne anmelden solltest du dich können, dann sollte eine Meldung ähnlich wie diese erscheinen:

Das Passwort ist das gleiche wie das welches du für das Webaccess verwendest.
Falls du immer noch nicht draufkommt, leg doch mal einen ZarafaUser mit nem sehr einfachen Passwort an - nicht das da Probleme herkommen.
Ansonsten kannst du auch auf der DS Freigabe \web\z-push eine Datei debug.txt anlegen. Wenn diese existiert loggt Z-push eventuelle Fehler dort rein.

allerdings NICHT mit einem Zarafa Acc sondern mit einem für die DSM Anmeldung????

EDIT: Mit diesem funktioniert dann auch die ExchangeAnbindung auf dem Smartphone....
EDIT2: Jedenfalls das einrichten des Acc´s sync tut der da nix.. und im debug.txt steht auch nix.
