So ich mal wieder vom Händler mal ein Fragebogen bekommen.
Und von Synology so ein Standard Formular:
1. The 7MB/s is about 100M speed, can you check the LED status on Netgear GS108T V2, is run at 1000M or 100M(both led for 1000M)?
2. For regular file transfer (not iSCSI transfer), please run the following tests to determine the cause of the slow transfer:
- Transfer big files (larger than 1GB) for test.
- Remove LACP, if any.
- Make sure the cpu usage of DiskStation and client PC is not overloaded when transferring data.
- Check the settings in DSM > Control Panel > Network > Network Interface > Disable jumbo frame. RESET MTU to default 1500 and test again.
- Change the LAN cable to Cat. 6+ cable if available.
- Make sure all network equipments have the same MTU settings.
- Check the actual download/upload speed (MB/s) when you try to transfer via different protocols (AFP, CIFS, FTP, HTTP, etc...) Check if the performance issue happens with a specific protocol only.
- Connect DiskStation and PC directly with a cable (without any router/switch in between, and don't use WiFi) and check again.
- Make sure "Speed limit" (Control Panel > User > Edit) or "Traffic control" (Control Panel > Network) are not enabled.
- Disable firewall/anti-virus software on PC and stop antivirus package on DiskStation.
- Perform SMART test on the hard disks and change defected hard disk if any.
- Transfer data from PC to another PC as a comparison.
