My DS1812+ is my UPS server with my DS1821+ and D720+ as UPS clients. Every time I reboot the DS1812+ both my DS1821+ and D720+ send me emails saying the NAS has lost connection to the UPS, and the NAS has connected to the UPS.
/var/log/ups.log only contains information on the UPS health.
Log entries that you see in Log Center like UPS was disconnected or connected, Local UPS was plugged out or in, are saved in the /var/log/synolog/.SYNOSYSDB database.
