VM Wiederherstellung nicht möglich

Hallo,

ich habe ein 218+ Sichere mittels Active Backup jede Nacht unsere virtuellen Maschinen.
Aktuelles Problem.

Host: Microsoft Hyper-V 2019
VM: Debian 10

Wenn ich einen restore machen will bekomme ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Unexpected error occurred when accessing files on the backup destination"

Dachte ich mir ok, gehe ich über das BAckup Portal. Hier kann ich die einzelnen Snapshots ersehen.
Wenn ich jedoch einen Anklicke erhalte ich die gleiche Fehlermeldung.

Hat jemand eine Idee was ich falsch mache?

Das Problem habe ich mit ALLEN Backups, ich kann keines mehr wieder herstellen.
Ich arbeite in diesem Fall mit dem "admin" User.

Die richtigen Rechte dafür hast Du aber schon, oder? Admin-User heisst ja nix, wenn der keine Rechte hat, auf die Backupdaten zuzugreifen. ABB sichert halt auch nur in Shares und wenn der Admin-User da keinerlei Berechtigungen hat, könnte es schon problematisch werden. Mal anders herum: Hat bei Deinem Konstrukt "jemals" ein Restore funktioniert?

Ja, hat funktioniert... Ich vermute vor dem letzten update.
Ich habe mir nun mal das ganze auf der Console angeschaut. So wie es aussieht hat hier die Software einen Bug.

Sobald ich auf der Weboberfläche mir einen Snapshot anzeigen lassen will, kann ich folgendene Fehlermeldung ersehen:

Mal geprüft, ob der Ordner/die Datei auch da ist und ob es das korrekte Volume ist?

EDIT: Sofern es nicht an o.g. Problemchen liegt, am besten direkt bei Synology ein entsprechendes Ticket eröffnen
