Synology hat mir geantwortet mit einer Mail was ich das tun soll, was ich aber vorweg gemeldet habe das ich die Schritte schon getan habe.
Dear Olaf,
After reviewing your ticket, I suggest you to reset admin account and network settings on your DiskStation.
Please read carefully following step by step manual and proceed only steps 1 and 2. This will reset admin account and password so you can access DiskStaion and than, modify other accounts.

It might happen that this restart will not help you, so in this case please continue with following steps to reach your DiskStation.
1 Turn off DiskStation.
2 Remove the hard drives.
3 Start the Disk Station.
4 Wait until the DiskStation is reached by the Synology Assistant.
5 Put the hard disks on the fly in.
6 Wait approximately one minute for the initialization of the hard disks.
7 Search again in the Synology Assistant for the DiskStation
