Please first update to latest DSM, Video Station package to avoid updated issue.
If issue still remains after update which not able to record, then if you could check stream is OK?
While if record fail on all channel or just few particular channel?
And kindly obtain a new kernel log for us if you may.

I use video station TT-connect S2-3650 CI - TechnoTrend AG on my DS110j. Last paket which works is 1.3.0560. All later packets will tune correct and show correct egp data, but don't record. Problem Reproduce Steps: On the sceenshot you see 3 recordings. The second recording was recorded with videostation 1.4.0674. It fails. The first and the third recording was recorded with 1.3.0560. I think, To check the problem you need my TT-connect S2-3650 CI - TechnoTrend AG. Perhaps I can give you permission on my old DS110j to check the problem.
